At SMG Boutique, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
SMG Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SMG Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items During Transit
SMG Boutique is not responsible for items damaged during transit. All damage claims must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please:

We are happy to assist with providing shipping confirmation or documentation if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SMG Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
